Lady Gaga drags Calvin Harris, brands him a liar
Lady Gaga is surely bringing out her feisty side lately. The singer took to twitter to skull dig Calvin Harris over claims that he refused to work with her at the beginning of her career.
During an interview with the BBC Calvin, who produced Rihanna’s “We Found Love” said
“When Lady Gaga first came out, her name rang a bell, so I checked my emails – and it turns out that on January 1, 2008, I got an email asking to work with her.
I thought, ‘Lady Gaga, what sort of name is that?’ So I replied saying, ‘Nah, I’m not into that.’ Fast forward a year and she’s the biggest thing. But I don’t regret turning her down as I didn’t think the song I heard then was that good.”
When Lady Gaga got word of what Calvin said she took to twitter to vent her frustrations, claiming Calvin was only mentioning her name for free publicity for his new album “18 months”
